I had my doubts that a non-prescription strength relief balm would be as effective as my prescribed pain cream. The cayenne relief balm made my shoulder feel warm and relaxed. I felt the pain slowly dissipate. I am happy to be using something more natural on my joints. I ordered two more jars! Thank you, Laura.
