Refund policy

All products purchased come with a 14 Day Unconditional 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee starting the day after the date your items are delivered to you. A return request must be initiated by text to (276) 734 - 5007 before the 15th day after the date your items are delivered to you.

A 100% refund is made within 7 days of a returned item being received by us at the return address on your return label provided by Laura's Fragrance Boutique. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used when the purchase was made by you. You may also request a product exchange or store credit in lieu of a refund to your original payment method.

Contact us via text at (276) 734-5007. Include your: Name, Phone Number, Order Number and state the Item that you would like to return for your choice of a refund, exchange, or store credit. We will send you a free return shipping label for your convenience. Please return items in the original box and packaging if still available. The return address will be provided on your return label provided by Laura's Fragrance Boutique.
